Former Azerbaijani erotic show model to try Hollywood? - PHOTOS

You were born here in Baku. Please, tell us about your childhood. Who did you dream to be?

Yes, I was born in Baku. Since I was a kid, I got into sports early, kickboxing, bodybuilding. I had a goal - to become a worldwide known athlete. After school, I went to Moscow, wanted to start building my sports career. One day, in one of Moscow's gyms I got noticed by a model agency representative, and I got a chance to try myself in the modeling business. A month later I was trying out for an american modeling agency Boss Models.

As a result, I was asked for a contract, and a chance to make a career in New York. In the U.S. I made friends with the owner of Boss Models, David Bossman, who in his turn, introduced me to such people as Jean Paul Gautier, Calvin Klein. I started getting parts in photoshoots and showoffs. I was also a fitness model, and advertized mens underwear.

Rumor has it, you even met George Michael...

I did in fact. We met at one of the many VIP parties in London. He asked me to perform athis show as a dancer and a model. We had a few show-tours, both in London, and in U.S. Sometime after I got fed up with the modeling business. At the same time, one well known business man asked me if I wanted to stage my own erotic show.

Not like a stiptease show, but more like a professional staged show. We started working on this project, and in a couple of months a grand opening was held in Las Vegas. I loved the reaction of the visitors so much that I practically fell in love with the stage. At that time I also graduated the Columbian business school in New York.

Where do you currently live?

At the present time I live in London. Before that I also lived in New York and Brazil. As of now I am done with my erotic shows, and I plan to break into acting. I've always been into it. When I was a model, I've been invited to participate in movie shoots, but I didnt, because I lacked the experience.

Last couple of years though, I take acting lessons from real professionals both in London and Los Angeles. I seriously plan moving to Hollywood.

This year, Hollywood will host the International actors and models festival. Representative of more than 40 countries will participate. I was to present either Brazil or Azerbaijan. Since I already represented Brazil in 2004, I chose Azerbaijan. I came to Baku to see my friends and family, and also agree on some things to represent Azerbaijan. Hope for the best.

Most of what is written about you on the internet is... well kind of strange...

I am well aware of that. There are lots of rumors about me there. One russian website claimed that I am russian, other stated that my father is from Brazil and my mother is Azerbaijani. Lots of rumors. In fact, both my parents are Azerbaijanis.

What is it like to be attractive? Advantages and disadvantages....

I am used to the attention. I dont really care what others say about me. I am not a complex man. I believe if something is beautiful and the public likes it, why not?  

Although, I can be agressive at times. I remember not long ago I was in Thailand with my friends, and I got into a wordfight with a taxi driver, who simply refused to drive us to the destination point. So... I had to MAKE HIM drive us there...

What about your private life? Are you seeing someone?

Not really. My private life ended 2 years ago, when I broke up with my girlfriend. We met each other on the Erotic festival in Latvia. She was a dancer from Moscow. The more I got to know her, the more I was falling in love. I was offered a role of a vampire in one english movie, but because of that girl, I refused.

However there were problems. She did not feel comfortable enough. She just needed a normal guy, a simple guy. We broke up, she came back to her ex-boyfriend, who is in no way connected to the scene. So, at this point I am completely into my career. I am only 32, still got everything ahead of me.

If you had a chance to change something in your life...what would you change ?

Not a single thing. I learn from my own mistakes, and try not to make them again in the future. Besides, a man has to have a goal in life. If you have one, then the impossible must be done to achieve it. Dont have to be scared of things, and dont hesitate. Wins the one, who gets up after being knocked down... This is my advic to others, many others who strive to achieve something in life.
