
Chairman of the Executive Board of Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) Khayal Abdinov resigned due to his transfer to another job, the BSE reported on Wednesday.
The BSE Supervisory Board held its meeting on Oct.4 and discussed Abdinov's application on his voluntary dismissal.
The Board made a decision, under which Head of the BSE Risk Management Group Emin Aliyev was entrusted with the authorities of the Chairman of the BSE Executive Board until the convocation of the next Shareholders' General Assembly to be held on Nov.18, 2011.
Aliyev was born in 1978. He studied at several universities, namely Baku State University (1996-2000), Siena University of Italy (2000-2001) and Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2003-2007).
