Azerbaijani bank ups capital by 10 million manat

The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of "Expressbank" OJSC.

According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The issue volume is 10 million manat. The quantity of shares is 43,266 par value 231.13 manat.

Underwriter is "UniCapital".

Those intending to purchase shares can apply to an organization being the member of BSE and having a brokerage license. The official exchange rate is 0.7864 manat to $1.
