Delegation of Yemen Microfinance Association to visit Azerbaijan

On December 6-10, the delegation of Yemen Microfinance Association will visit Azerbaijan with the invitation of Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Association, AMFA executive Director Jala Hajiyeva said.

According to her, several meetings will be held, exchange programs in microfinance sphere between Azerbaijan and Yemen to be practiced, and the issues on continue of this program in years coming will be discussed during the visit. The main purpose of visit is to accelerate the development of microfinance sector in both countries.

Hajiyeva also noted that, Bangladesh Microfinance Association’s delegation is expected to visit Baku, with the invitation of AMFA, at the beginning of next year. AMFA has been in operation since 2001.
