Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan talks over the Caspian issues are underway in Baku.

Groups of experts led by the deputy foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan are negotiating the issues of fishing, hydrometeorology and etc. in Baku, Turkmenistan’s Foreign Ministry said.
The meeting is the next stage of the current Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan negotiations on the delimitation of the seabed and subsoil of the Caspian Sea.
Turkmenistan stands for reaching an agreement on the Caspian depth division on the basis of international law and principles, said the Turkmen foreign ministry. The meeting of the expert groups will last till July 17.
