Most expensive land piece costs 330 thousand dollars in Baku

Day.Az reports with reference to the organization that the monitoring revealed that the price prices on land markets made 20,743 dollars on average in April.

Notably, like in previous months, the portfolio of proposals for land in Baku has evolved largely as a result of appearance of new free sites.

In April, the most expensive land in Baku was put for sale at the Atatürk Avenue in the Narimanov district. The cost of the hundredth part of this land was 330,000 dollars.

The cheapest proposal in April was recorded in the Laish village of the Sabunchu district of Baku, where a hundredth part was 350 dollars.
