Cuba divulges priority directions of cooperation with Azerbaijan

Guerrero said they got familiarization with the other fields of economy and Cuba intends to diversify fields of cooperation with Azerbaijan in future. Particularly, it is expected to sign a bilateral agreement in the sport to develop relations between the two countries' youth. The AZERBAIJANI Culture and Tourism Ministry and Cuban Culture Ministry signed a cooperation agreement in the field of culture in Baku on May 18.

Azerbaijani Co-chairman of the commission Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev said this meeting differs from the first one held in Cuba one and half year ago, as the Cuban delegation is interested in the country's regions. The guests got familiarization with local production in Lankaran and work of medical institution.

During the visit, the Cuban delegation held meetings at the ministries and state agencies and will meet First Vice-Premier Eyyub Yagubov on May 19.
