Topaz investments company, owned by Vahid Alekperov, has bought 5,977,500 ordinary shares in the Nikoil commercial investment bank for AZN 11,955,000.
Day.Az reports that thus it got the control stock in the bank's management-53.1%.
After the deal, Nikoil's founding capital has grown up to AZN 22,500,000.
The new composition of the bank's shareholders is as follows:
Topaz Investment-53.1%
Nikoil-28.7%
Uralsib invest-13.9%
Isr-Holding-4.3%.
