Korean railway delegation arrives in Azerbaijan

18 June 2008 [16:06] - TODAY.AZ
The Korean railway delegation comprising ten people arrived in Azerbaijan yesterday, said spokesman for Azerbaijan Railway Administration Nadir Azmamedov, reports Day.Az.
He said the visit aims at studying the capacities of the Baku-Beyuk-Kesik railway line for launching express trains in the future.

"Korean specialists have previously presented to Azerbaijan the projects on launching express projects in our country, yet they were not accepted due to their expensiveness" said Azmamedov.

The spokesman noted that the Korean experts are developing a new project on the said issue.
