Deputy Oil Minister of Iran: "Tehran is closely watching the development of Azerbaijani economy, including the oil and gas sector"

Day.Az reports with reference to the press service for SOCAR that Abdullayev informed about projects, implemented in the region, and SOCAR's role in their implementation. During the meeting the sides also discussed participation of Iranian NIKO in the Shah Deniz project.

In turn, the visitor noted that Iran is closely watching the development of Azerbaijan's economy, including oil and gas sector. Highly appreciating the cooperation of Azerbaijani and Iranian oil and gas companies, Kesaizade voiced hope for the further expansion of the bilateral ties.
