"We will prove that there are not old substations in the region. We made investments in this sphere. Let those accusing us of painting old transformers see this with their own eyes," he said.

Expressing satisfaction with the hand-over process, Arabul said this will be over by mid September.

"Ernst & Young is making more exact the amount of the investments. After the hand-over process, an act will be signed. After it we will discuss compensation with the government," he said.
