President accepted Statoil Head

The Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev accepted delegation from the Norwegian oil company, Statoil and its president, Helge Lund in charge.

The Head of state emphasized positive contribution the company made into Azerbaijani economy since 1994 and expressed his hope that cooperation between Statoil and Azerbaijan will continue to develop.

Lund in his turn, noted that Statoil highly appreciates its cooperation with Azerbaijan and is ready to contribute more into the development of economy in the country, Trend reports.
