Azerbaijani leasing company places bonds at annual rate of 14 pct

Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered unsecured bonds of the Finance Leasing OJSC.

The issue volume is 725,000 AZN, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said in a message January 9.

Some 1,450 bonds, at par value of 500 AZN each, have been issued as part of the emission.

The placement underwriter is the Technica Capital Management LLC.

The turnover period of the bonds is 720 days at an annual rate of 14 percent.

Finance Leasing OJSC has operated in Azerbaijan since May 1, 2007 and renders its services to the public, small and medium enterprises in the country’s capital of Baku and regions.
