AZAL plans increase of int'l flights

05 April 2014 [08:30] - TODAY.AZ
“Azerbaijan Airlines-AZAL” Joint-Stock Company will increase the number of its international flights from May.

Service Chief of AZAL JSC Maharram Safarli said that the company would launch new routes to Russian Federation’s Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod cities and the capital of Belarus Minsk in connection with the spring-summer season.

He noted that launching new routes would give an impetus to strengthening bilateral economic cooperation and friendly relations between the two countries.

He added that opening new flights would increase the number of reciprocal visits of businessmen and touristic trips to the countries’ historical places and would cause expanding business ties between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

AZAL realizes flights to 33 cities of 14 countries.
