Azerbaijan expands opportunities for state real estate register

The right to property, located near water bodies has been registered in Azerbaijan for the first time.

The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan informs that the right was registered in village Garatepe of Sabirabad region for the property, which is located near the lake (natural water body).

"The right to property of the object was registered by the Shirvan Regional Department of the State Real Estate Register. The right to property in the form of 35 hectares of land was registered on the name of the municipality of village Garatepe," the Committee said.
