More companies join ALCA

Three more leasing companies - Ansar Lizinq, Turan Lizinq and Nikoyl Lizinq became members of the Association of Leasing Companies of Azerbaijan (ALCA), the association said on Tuesday.

'These companies successfully operate in the leasing market', the statement said. 'Ansar Lizinq and Turan Lizinq were included in the Association as full members with Nikoyl Lizinq as an observer."

ALCA chairman Elchin Ahmadov said the increase in the number of members of the association increases its capabilities.

"It is necessary to unite the companies working in the country to support the development of the Azerbaijani leasing sector, he said. "Expanding our ranks improves the prospects for achieving the goals by exerting joint efforts."

Today the number of the association members reached 11. The association includes AG Lizinq, Ansar Lizinq, AtaLizinq, Demir Bank, Joint Lizinq, UniLizinq, Turan Lizinq, Standard Lizinq, Qafqaz Lizinq, and ASB Bank and N?KO?L Leasing as observers.

ALCA was established in 2005 as part of the International Finance Corporation (IFS) for the development of leasing in Azerbaijan.
