Foreign company to audit information security system at Azerbaijan`s Ministry

The Data Processing Center (DPC) under Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies has signed an agreement with the Romanian company CertSIGN SA for the introduction of Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 27001:2005 (AZS-494-2010).

Under the agreement, the Romanian company will provide consultancy services on ISMS introduction, review for compliance of information security (IS) with standard ISO / IEC 27001:2005 (AZS-494-2010), and also conduct an audit of the DPC personnel.
