SOCAR builds new pipelines in Azerbaijan

The production association Azerigas of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) laid pipelines with total length of 526.8 kilometers in January-May, the PA said on Monday.

It is stated in the information that 22.4 km of lines from the total volume of laid gas pipeline accounts for Baku, 503 kilometers - for the regions, and 1.4 kilometers - for gas main.

Since the beginning of PA activity the length of new pipelines has reached 10,321.8 km, 612.2 kilometers of which fell on Baku, 9541.1 kilometers - on the regions, 168.5 km - on gas main..

Some 259.3 kilometers area of gas pipelines was renovated in January-May.
