Russian soldier killed in Armenia

Sept. 21, at 11:10 pm, on the 1st kilometer of the Gyumri-Marmashen highway, an unidentified car ran over Oleg Tekhov, a 22-year-old serviceman of Russian Military Base 102 stationed in Gyumri, Armenia.
The soldier died on the spot.
