Russian expert: No one will help Armenia except us

The loan of $500 mln, allotted to Armenia is primarily a political decision", said scientific editor of the Expert magazine Alexander Privalov.
"Armenia is our major ally in the Caucasus and it is clear that in fact, there is no one to help Armenia except for us", added he.
