Tatiana Myshelova Venice Commission representative for foreign relations told the APA that the reason of the delay is the lack of time of Venice Commission experts; they are very busy on the appointed date. "The meeting will be held in early December in Strasbourg. The date has not been determined yet," she said.
Venice Commission administrator Alain Chablais said that talks between Azerbaijani Government and Venice Commission experts concerning technical amendments to the law "On the freedom of assembly" would be held on November 9-10 in Baku.
