EU external relations commissioner, Benita Ferrero-Waldner addressing the Caspian-Outlook 2008 conference in Slovenia confirmed that the European Neighborhood Policy "action plans" have been successfully negotiated with Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia.
Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry official said there are some offers to the action plan on Azerbaijan.
The 3rd round of negotiations on the action plan took place in Baku on July 17 this year.
Fokion Fotiadis, Deputy Director-General of Directorate-General of External Relations lead the delegation attending the negotiations hosted in Baku, in which only two fields were not agreed.
The European Neighborhood Policy action plan is expected to be signed in the end of this year, APA reports.
