Iranian Parliament submitted a case on the country’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to the judicial body because he took the lead over the Oil Ministry, Mehr news agency reported.

Some 165 persons voted for submitting the case to the court, one MP voted against, while 13 abstained from voting. Earlier, the country's parliament and the Guardian Council pointed to Ahmadinejad on the inadmissibility of simultaneous execution of duties as minister and president.
