A seven-storey building collapsed Tuesday morning at around 10:15 a.m. in the southeastern province of Malatya, officials said.
Fire trucks, search and rescue teams as well as ambulances were dispatched to the site.
Officials said there were businesses on ground floor of the building and people might have been trapped under debris.
