Nuclear talks between Iran and world powers may be extended for a few more days, Head of National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iranian Parliament Allaeddin Boroujerdi, said. Although the possibility of reaching an agreement between Iran and the P5+1 group has increased compared to the past, the talks may be extended for a few more days, Iran ’s IRIB quoted Boroujerdi as saying July 7. All the negotiating parties are determined and resolute on reaching an agreement, he said, adding that the long-term extension of the talks is not likely. “ Iran pays attention to national interests and time is of no important for us during the talks,” he said. Representatives from Iran and the P5+1 – the US, Russia, China, Britain, France, and Germany – are engaged in intense negotiations in the Austrian capital of Vienna to reach an agreement with Iran over its nuclear program. The two sides extended their self-imposed end-of-June deadline for a comprehensive deal to July 7. /By Trend/
