Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has reportedly rejected a request by Egypt's appointed Vice President Mohamed El Baradei to meet, says "our president is [ousted President Mohammed] Morsi." Today`s Zaman reported

Turkish daily Aksham said in its report published on Tuesday that El Baradei requested a meeting with Erdogan but the prime minister refused. Erdogan reportedly told his staff during the Justice and Development Party's (AK Party) Central Decision and Administration Board (MKYK) meeting on Monday that the army-backed interim government in Egypt wanted to "use us for their own legitimacy" and that "we refused."

The report added that Erdogan said, "Besides, our president is Morsi."
