By the initiative of Azerbaijan United Nations Security Council issued a press statement in connection with the car blasts in the Turkish province of Hatay, which killed 46 people, Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to the United Nations reported.

Members of the Council strongly condemned the terrorist attacks and note the importance of bringing to justice the people supporting and sponsoring these crimes, said in statement.

UN Security Council members bring their condolences to the Turkish authorities and the people, as well as relatives of the victims.

However, members of the UN Security Council consider all types and manifestations of terrorism as a threat to peace and security.

Acts of terrorism regardless of who, when and where they committed are crimes and are considered unforgivable, said in a statement.
