A correct statistics of people, who died in 6,2-magnitude quake in the Iran’s Eastern Azerbaijan province on August 11, was made public.
Mehr news agency reported that 306 people died as a result of natural disaster and 258 of them were from Karadakh region. 171 of theme were women, 87 men.
Besides it, 72 children died as a result of quake. The age of 70 of them was below 18. 10 of them were at age 10-19, 54 at age 20-39, 38 at age 40-59 and 58 at age 60-79.
24 people died at age above 80, 82 at age above 60.
