A freight traffic leaving the city of Qaroun bound for Bishe, derailed in Iran on Friday, Iranian television official website IRIB reported.
As a result, movement of passenger trains in the direction of Tehran-Akhvaz, Tehran-Khorramshahr and Alvaz-Tehran was temporarily suspended.
Passengers are recommended to use alternative transport means.
