             A tree-planting campaign was held in the Absheron region with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Azernews reports, citing Azertag that members of civil society, as well as members of the "Talented Disabled" Public Union, war-disabled people, including people from other vulnerable population groups, representatives of the Absheron District Executive Power, and members of the YAP Absheron district organization took part in the action.
More than 50 trees were planted in the action held within the framework of the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World".
The deputy of Milli Majlis, Nigar Mammadova, said that the organization of such environmental actions aims to contribute to the protection of the environment, to the health of nature, to help restore the ecological balance, and at the same time to call every member of the society to joint action in the fight against environmental problems.
