'Funds allocated for construction of houses for floods-affected families'

“Funds have not been allocated for reconstruction of 1400 houses of families affected by Kur river floods yet. This problem has been already solved, Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov told journalists, APA reports.

Mentioning the civilians complaints on delay of the funds Sharifov said the problem has already been solved: “I think that the funds will be paid by the Ministry of Emergency Situations within a month.”

Sharifov also said that the funds were also allocated for the construction of 700 houses: “I think that these works will be carried out as soon as possible. We try to give these houses to people as soon as possible and want that none flood-affected people remain without a house”.
