Francis Ricciardone’s nomination as the U.S. Ambassador to Turkey was approved by a majority vote of the U.S. Senate, Haberturk reported.
Pro-Armenian senator Robert Menendez, Barbara Boxer and Jim Risch spoke against the approval of Ricciardone’s nomination.
