Turkeys's deputy PM to receive protesters

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc will receive a delegation of Taksim Square protesters, Anadolu agency said on Wednesday.

According to the report, a meeting with a delegation of Taksim Square protesters will be held on June 5.

On June 4, Arinc said that the Turkish government is ready to discuss the demands of protesters. The government expects no radical actions to be taken.

Deputy Prime Minister also added that the damage from the protests in Turkey hits over 70 million lira.

The rallies in support of the protesters in the Gezi park on Taksim Square in downtown Istanbul were held in various Turkish towns.
