Georgia to announce results of parliamentary elections by Oct.20

By Oct.20 the Central Election Commission (CEC) will sum up the final results of the parliamentary elections, which are held in Georgia on Monday, Oct.1.

Within five days after summing up the voting results the CEC will publish the final report of elections in the media.

According to the Electoral Code of Georgia, the CEC sums up the results of the parliamentary elections and draws up a relevant report, not later than the 19th day after the date of the elections.
