Baku hosted “Music and Folk Week” - PHOTOS

Baku’s Philharmonic Garden as a part of the Eurovision 2012 contest has today hosted a concert of Azerbaijani pop music. The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Executive Power of Baku and the Department of Culture and Tourism of Baku under the motto “Music and Folk week.”

The week features to delivery information to Baku’s guest on historical and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan, its rich culture and improving services on the sidelines of the “Eurovision-2012” song contest. The events will last till May 27.

Well-known Azerbaijani singers, artists and music groups have attended the concert and performed Azerbaijani and foreign pop songs. The pop concert of Azerbaijani artists has highly appreciated by the residents of the capital.
