News on rising gas prices to Turkey which caused considerable agitation in the country has not been confirmed yet.

A group of delegates from Turkish BOTAS Petroleum Pipeline Corporation, the state-owned crude oil and natural gas pipelines and trading company is due to arrive in Azerbaijan to discuss the price for gas sold to Turkey, ANS PRESS informs citing to the Turkish CNN. The delegation also met with a newly appointed Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz prior to their visit to the country.
The companies officials will discus two issues. First, they will discuss the issue of rising price for Shahdeniz gas and the details on the transportation of gas through Shahdeniz-2 pipeline.
The news on the rising price for gas to Turkey has been on highlights recently. It caused considerable agitation in the neighboring country, but has not been confirmed yet.
