USA to apply commercial privileges for Azerbaijan

The United States decided to apply commercial privileges in the framework of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) on Azerbaijan and Kosovo, says the notification, undersigned by President George Bush and made public by the press service for the White House, submitted to the US Congress.

Azerbaijan and Kosoco will be included on the list of "developing countries" in the Generalized System of Preferences", says the document.

The GSP state program makes possible the duty-free import of about 5,000 products from 132 countries to the United States.
