GUAM elaborates draft budget 2012

Official of Azerbaijan's Foreign Affairs Ministry Nazim Aliyev participated in a meeting of financial experts of GUAM member states in Ukraine's capital Kiev, from May 31-June 2.

The meeting participants coordinated a draft budget 2012.
