Azerbaijan's foreign government debt rises by 13% last year

As of January 1, 2011, Azerbaijan’s foreign government debt made $ 3 857.3 mln, up 12.7% from year earlier.
Ministry of Finance says foreign government debt/GDP ration makes 7.42%, down 0.53 percentage points, compared to a year ago.
