Azerbaijani consul general pays tribute to Turkish martyrs

Azerbaijan's Consul General in Kars Aykhan Suleymanov has visited a memorial in Igdir, which commemorates Turkish martyrs who were killed by Armenians. The Consul General placed flowers at the memorial, and also signed a guest book.
