Azerbaijani President extended his condolences to Pakistani counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali Zardari in connection with numerous victims of the terrorist act committed in the city of Lahore.

"We were very shocked hearing the news about the terrorist attack in Lahore, which led to numerous casualties. We are outraged by this tragic event and strongly condemn all acts of terrorism. I express the deepest condolences to you, families and friends of the victims, all the people of Pakistan on my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people," the letter said.
