Fazil Qazanfaroghlu: "Absence of an office may become the reason of our non-participation in the presidential elections in Azerbaijan"

He said this is not the demand of the party but the situation, currently established in the country.

"Our participation in presidential elections is technically impossible in current conditions, for as the party has no office, it will not be able to to prepare for participation in the election process.

Nevertheless, it is for the Supreme Medjlis of the party to decide and its session will be held next week. We would like to attend this process, as we have conducted the election trainings and created an election campaign team for the purpose.

The regional organizations of the parties were set due instructions on the spots, all regional organizations are equipped with due technique and party activists are fully ready to partake in the elections. Yet the absence of the office may become the reason of party's non participaton in the presidential elections", noted he.

Qazanfaroghlu also added that currently there is no progress in the allocation of the office by the state.

"Single position has established in the country towards the political parties and no one intends to allocate an office for us", concluded Qazanfaroghlu.
