PACE co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan meet with Ali Insanov and Eynulla Fatullayev

The co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel and Eugenia Zhivkova visited jails No 12 and 13 in Azerbaijan.

A source from the Public Relations department of Justice Ministry’s penitentiary service told APA that the co-rapporteurs met with journalist Eynulla Fatullayev in jail No 12 and ex-health minister Ali Insanov in jail No 13. The co- rapporteurs were concerned with the detention conditions of prisoners.
