Human Resources Fund for ICT Development established in Azerbaijan

Minister Ali Abbasov told the conference that President Ilham Aliyev has approved the State Program on study of Azerbaijani students abroad, and the ministry took the initiative to ensure the implementation of the decree by putting forward the idea of Human Resources Fund for ICT Development.

The establishment agreement, regulations of the Fund and proposals were discussed at the conference.

The principal aim of the Fund is to build up relations with foreign scientific and communications centers to ensure the qualification of cadres. APA
