Groundbreaking ceremony for Khojaly monument held in Ankara

A groundbreaking ceremony for a monument in memory of victims of the Khojaly genocide has been held in Kizilcahamam region of Ankara. The event was co-organized by Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Turkey, Azerbaijan Youth Initiatives Public Union and Kizilcahamam municipality.

The event was addressed by Ambassador Faig Bagirov, Azerbaijani MP Ganira Pashayeva, chairman of Turkey-Azerbaijan interparliamentary friendship group Necdat Unuvar and head of Kizilcahamam municipality Coshkun Unal.
