Azerbaijani karate fighters to compete at European championship

The Azerbaijani national team comprising of 20 karate fighters will join the 37th WKF European Karate Championship among cadets, juniors and youth to be held on February 5-7 in Izmir, Turkey.

The team will be accompanied by Yashar Bashirov, president of the National Karate Federation and senior coaches Vahid Eyvazov (khat), Shahin Khudaverdiyev (cadets), Anar Allahverdiyev (juniors) and Rakhman Atamov (youth) will leave for Izmir.
