Flour, bread and pasta safety examined in Azerbaijan

The Republican Hygienic and Epidemiology Center will begin examining safety of flour, bread and past in the cities of Baku and Sumgayit, as well as Absheron district and Baku suburbs.

Head of the Center’s hygienic department Imran Abdullayev said about 100 samples will be taken for the examination. “The samples will be taken in bakeries and bakeshops. We aim to examine safety of flour, bread and pasta, to identify microbiological indications, toxic substances and potato diseases”.
