Knife-fight occurs in Baku

A knife-fight occurred in Sabail district of Baku.

According the district police department, Vitaliy Perepelkin was detained in the aftermath of search operations. He was suspected to knife Baku resident Ruslan Shiraliyev as a result of a quarrel. Motives of the incident are not clarified yet. A further investigation is underway.
