Flashmob actions held in world universities within framework of "Justice for Khojaly" campaign

The FM (flashmob) student action devoted to the 60th anniversary of the signing of the International Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and 19th anniversary of Khojaly massacre were held in the universities of Linköping, Sweden, Potsdam, Germany, as well as Marmara, Istanbul (Chapa campus), Ankara, Erjiyez, Chukurova, 19 May and TOBB of Turkey.

The “Young Azerbaijanis in Sweden” jointly with the Swedish Association of Foreign Affairs (Utrikespolitiska Föreningen) held the event called “The military crime in the protracted conflicts, Khojaly tragedy” in Sweden’s Linköping University. Azerbaijani ambassador to Sweden, Norway and Finland Rafael Suleymanov addressed the students and professors with a report on “protracted” Nagorno Karabakh problem and Khojaly tragedy.

At the same time the event devoted to Khojaly tragedy was held in Germany’s Potsdam University within the framework of “Justice for Khojaly” company. The students, teachers, professors were informed about Khojaly realities, the books and booklets and compact disks were distributed to them, the petition of “Justice for Khojaly” was signed in the event attended by Azerbaijani and German students. After the actions the students met with president of International Relations Office of Potsdam University Dr. Ulrich Hunger, and gifted him various books and disks about Azerbaijan and Khojaly realities. During the meeting Hunger said that he will hang the “Justice for Khojaly” campaign poster in his room for some time, and inform the guest about it.
