Rally held in front of Iranian embassy in Baku - PHOTOS

The International Center for the Diaspora is holding a rally in front of the Iranian Embassy in Baku. The demonstrators protest against "Iranian officials disrespecting Azerbaijan and Iran's rapprochement with Armenia," a Trend correspondent was told at the scene.

According to preliminary estimates, the event has brought together about a hundred people.

Participants voice the slogans, "Do not meddle in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan," "Iran is a friend of Muslims' enemies," and "Stop supporting the occupier."

The embassy staff refused to accept the resolution submitted by the picketers. Police broke up the rally and arrested a protester.
